A Home, Not an Institution

Grace House is a family-run care home owned by Ashley Jones, a qualified social worker who lives locally and understands the Farnham community intimately. This is not a corporate chain — it is a home with a heart.

Led by Registered Manager Juliana Haddaji, who brings over 35 years of experience in the care sector, our team is built on warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to person-centred care.

With two fully qualified chefs preparing fresh seasonal menus and two dedicated activities coordinators keeping every week rich and varied, Grace House offers an exceptional quality of life in an intimate, family setting.

Our core service. 21 single bedrooms in a converted building surrounded by woodland. Person-centred care plans built around each individual, with Senior Carers holding NVQ Level 4 qualifications. Two home-cooked meals daily from qualified chefs, a rich activities programme, and a team that truly knows every resident.

Dementia Care

Specialist support for mild to moderate dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. Our staff are trained in dementia care approaches, challenging behaviour management, and person-centred techniques that maintain dignity and independence. Our intimate 21-bed size means familiar faces, consistent routines, and a calm, secure environment.

Outings & Community

Life at Grace House revolves around choice. Our living room has TVs arranged in small groups to encourage conversation, and quiet lounges offer peaceful spaces for reading or reflection. The private secure garden provides a tranquil setting for fresh air and gentle exercise among the surrounding woodland.

Regular visits from a hairdresser, chiropodist, and optician mean residents can access essential services without leaving home. Stair lifts and nurse call systems ensure safety throughout, while private parking makes visiting easy for families. With a bus stop just 250 yards away, staying connected to Farnham town centre could not be simpler.

Small Enough to Know You, Experienced Enough to Care

At just 21 beds, Grace House offers something larger homes cannot: genuine intimacy. Every member of staff knows every resident — their preferences, their stories, their families.

Owner Ashley Jones is a qualified social worker who lives locally, ensuring the home is led by someone who understands both the professional standards and the personal touch that great care requires. Registered Manager Juliana Haddaji brings over 35 years of care sector experience, leading a team of Senior Carers with NVQ Level 4 qualifications and staff trained in dementia care, challenging behaviour, and medication administration.

The CQC noted that care plans contained “important information about their needs and what was important to them” — this is the hallmark of a home where people come first.

“People were supported by kind and respectful staff who were mindful of people’s privacy and dignity.”
— Care Quality Commission, 2018
